DDACC (Direct Debit and Credit Clearing)
All valid bank account holders can sign up for the DDACC and instruct your bank to remit an agreed amount on a monthly basis to LWSC to settle your water bill. Customers on this facility will not be inconvenienced with a disconnection even when the agreed amount is delayed.
To sign up, get in touch with any of our Customer Service Centre with the following attachments:

  • Copy of the NRC/ ID.
  • Copy of Bank Statement/ proof of valid Bank Account.
