Terms and conditions of LWSC Lottery participation:

1. By purchasing an entry you agree to these terms and conditions.
   1. Any participation instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
   2. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
   3. The LWSC's decisions pursuant to these terms and conditions shall be final and binding.
2. You represent and agree that:
   1. You are 18 years of age or above.
   2. You are a homeowner, Landlord or legally designated decision maker for the property you are registering for the sewer connection.
   3. You will not buy directly or indirectly an entry in this lottery on behalf of anybody under the age of 18.
   4. You will provide accurate entry information, including your name, personal address and LWSC account number where available.
3. You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to substantiate to the Promoter your representations under paragraph 2.
4. Entry is open to all those in the LWSC new sewer catchment area but excludes: LWSC trustees or directors; or LWSC employees or third parties directly involved in the administration or management of the Sewer Lottery, or with the ability to influence the Sewer lottery results.
5. LWSC is not liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries received after the closing date, or for any delay in bank payments.
6. LWSC may (without giving any reason or notice, at its absolute discretion) decline to accept an application, terminate or suspend the lottery.
7. The draw will be concluded by LWSC on 22 December 2021
   1. Where the draw is not attainable on the set date, it shall be done on the next working day.
   2. The closing date for entries shall be Friday 17 December 2021.
8. The results of the draw are final.
   1. Winners will be notified in writing after the draw.
9. Any prize won and not claimed within 6 months shall be cancelled and the prize withdrawn.
10. The LWSC's Complaints and Disputes Procedure forms part of the LWSC Lottery Policy and Procedures.
